First and foremost, I want to say thanks for visiting my blog. If you’ve made it this far there’s a good chance something piqued your interest. Simply stated: I Love Beer. I started this blog to document my frothy adventures. My path took an interesting twist in 2010 when I discovered the joys of homebrewing. Even though I’m no expert, many of my posts will involve homebrewing in some way, shape or form. I’m very interested in feedback from other brewers about topics discussed. Of course if you brew, professionally or at home, and want to send me samples out of the kindness of your heart I’ll never turn them down. In return I’d be happy to discuss them in a post.

  1. Hello!
I am pleased to announce the release of Robert A. Musson, MD’s pictorial history book “D.G. Yuengling & Son, Inc.” from Arcadia Publishing. With a Foreword written by Dick Yuengling, it was just published on 09/23/2013. This new title connects people to the history of America’s oldest brewery through many previously unpublished vintage images, and tells much of the brewery’s back story. We would be honored to have this new book featured on your blog, Happily Hopped, to help spread the word about its release! To that end I am happy to set up an author interview, send digital images from the book for your promotional use, and forward a press release.

If you have any questions or need more information, please feel free to contact me directly. I can be reached at 843-853-2070 x 181 or cjeffers@arcadiapublishing.com.

Thanks very much for your time.
